The Lodge at Otter Creek in Middlebury, Vermont was a senior living community built and operated by the Bullrock Corporation. The 30 acre community consisted of 140 units, with independent living and assisted living apartments, a memory care unit, as well as cottages overlooking the main building. The community was the recipient of several architectural and interior design awards.
